To qualify, applicants must:
✅ Be part of a reciprocal exchange program between a U.S. organization and a foreign organization
✅ Have a U.S. sponsor (employer, agent, or organization)
✅ Demonstrate skill and recognition in their art or entertainment field
✅ Submit evidence of the exchange agreement and their role in the program
Up to 1 year
Extensions allowed in 1-year increments if needed to complete the program or tour
