The L-1B Visa is for:

Eligible applicants must:
✅ Have worked abroad for the company for at least 1 continuous year within the past 3 years

To qualify, applicants must:
✅ Have a qualifying relationship between the foreign and U.S. companies (parent, branch, affiliate, subsidiary)
✅ Have worked in the foreign company for at least 1 of the last 3 years
✅ Possess specialized knowledge vital to the U.S. operation
✅ Be coming to the U.S. temporarily to provide that knowledge
✅ If opening a new office, show a detailed business plan
