The F-4 Visa is a U.S. family-based immigrant visa for the brothers and sisters of U.S. citizens. This visa allows U.S. citizens (aged 21 or older) to sponsor their siblings — along with the sibling’s spouse and unmarried minor children — for permanent residency (Green Cards) in the United States.

To qualify for an F-4 Visa:
