The F2B Visa is a family-based immigrant visa for the unmarried sons and daughters (age 21 or older) of U.S. lawful permanent residents (Green Card holders). It allows adult children to move permanently to the United States and obtain their own Green Cards.

To qualify for an F2B Visa:
✅ The petitioner must be a U.S. lawful permanent resident (Green Card holder)
✅ The applicant must be the unmarried son or daughter (21 or older) of the petitioner
✅ The U.S. petitioner must file Form I-130 (Petition for Alien Relative)
✅ Proof of genuine parent-child relationship must be provided
✅ The petitioner must meet financial sponsorship requirements (Form I-864, Affidavit of Support)
✅ Applicants must pass required medical and background checks
