The K-4 Visa is a non-immigrant visa that allows unmarried children under 21 years old of a foreign spouse of a U.S. citizen (K-3 visa holder) to enter and live in the United States. It provides a way for families to stay together while the immigration process is underway and offers a path to permanent residency (Green Card) for the child.
