The L-1A visa is for:

Eligible applicants must have:
✅ Worked for a foreign branch, affiliate, or subsidiary of the U.S. company
✅ Been employed in an executive or managerial role
✅ Worked abroad for at least 1 continuous year within the past 3 years before applying

To qualify, you must:
✅ Have a qualifying relationship between the foreign company and U.S. company (parent, branch, affiliate, or subsidiary)
✅ Have been employed in an executive or managerial role abroad for at least 1 year (within the last 3 years)
